Love my new Pasta Bowls!

I just received my Pasta Bowls and they are absolutely gorgeous! The Celadon Green Pottery is even more beautiful in person. They arrived really quickly too, well-packaged and perfect. I'm already planning my next order, probably some Skillet Bowls. Definitely recommending Haand to all my friends!

Good quality, a small shipping issue

I purchased a Nested Bowl Set and a couple of Espresso Cups. The quality of the pottery is genuinely excellent; the celadon green glaze is subtle and elegant, and they feel very durable. Shipping was free, which was a plus. However, one of the espresso cups arrived with a small chip on the rim. I contacted customer service, and they were quick to respond and sent a replacement right away, which was good. It was just a minor inconvenience to deal with the chipped item initially. Otherwise, I'm pleased with the purchase and the value.

Consistent quality, happy with return

This was my third order from Haand. I snagged a couple of their Ripple Mugs this time, and they're just as good as the Pasta Bowls I got last year. The quality is consistently high, which is why I keep coming back. Shipping was prompt, just like before, and everything arrived safe and sound. It's nice knowing what to expect.

Nice Dinnerware, slight issue

I purchased a couple of Dinner Plates and a Serving Platter in the Matte White. The quality feels very nice, and they look great on my table. Shipping was a bit slower than I expected, took about a week, but everything was packed really well, so no damage. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping delay. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, but faster shipping would be a plus.

Detailed review of my Haand order

I placed an order for a full Place Setting in the Speckled Glaze Ceramics, including Dinner Plate, Salad Plate, and Cereal Bowl. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I found it easy to navigate. I received an order confirmation email immediately, which was good. Shipping took exactly five business days, which matched the estimate. Everything was exceptionally well-packaged; each piece was individually wrapped in bubble wrap and then secured in a sturdy box, so there was no breakage, which I appreciated. The pottery itself feels substantial and well-made. The glaze is even and has a nice subtle texture. I've used the Cereal Bowl in the microwave a few times without any issues, and it washes up perfectly in the dishwasher. My only minor observation is that the speckles on one of the plates are a little denser in one area, but it's handmade, so that's to be expected. Overall, a really positive experience and I'm happy with the quality and usability of the dinnerware.

Great quality, careful packaging

I ordered a few Dinner Plates and a Serving Platter from Haand after seeing their pottery online. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I found everything easily and checkout was smooth. Shipping took about a week, which was as expected. Everything arrived incredibly well-packed, with each piece individually wrapped and secured, so there was no damage at all. The quality of the porcelain is impressive – it feels substantial but not overly heavy, and the glaze (I chose matte white) is consistent and beautiful. I've used the plates several times now, and they've held up perfectly in the dishwasher. It's clear these are made with care, and I appreciate that. The serving platter is a good size for entertaining, very versatile. Overall, a really positive experience from start to finish. I'd definitely consider buying more pieces.

Got a Skillet Bowl, it's nice

I got myself a Skillet Bowl a few weeks back. Just wanted something new for my kitchen, you know? It came pretty fast, earlier than the tracking said actually. It's a good size and feels really sturdy. I've used it a couple times already. Looks good on the table, too. Happy with it.

Cute Tapered Mug

Got myself a Tapered Mug the other day, just because I liked the look of it. It's super cute and feels good to hold. It came pretty fast too, like, a few days after I ordered it. No complaints, it's a solid mug for my morning coffee. Would probably check them out again for gifts.
